I write about Omeprazole & Prilosec side effects because I used to suffer a lot from heartburn.  I suffered years of chronic heartburn and acid reflux (the 2 are the same in my eyes) and was prescribed Omeprazole (Prilosec) for 2 weeks at a time. You can only take this for only 2 weeks at a time. The drug didn’t work and I suffered horrible side effects from taking omeprazole.
