US Vitamin injections Posts New Research Involving B Vitamin Deficiency

(EMAILWIRE.COM, December 30, 2012 ) Miami, FL -- In a controlled study the Riordan Clinic Researchers purposely created individual vitamin b deficiencies in rats in order to study the outcome. B vitamins are available only through diet or supplementation since the body can create it. They have long been associated with better memory and cognitive abilities, metabolic function, energy and cell formation but what are the results of individual deficiencies?

Here are the conclusions of conditions that developed as a result of certain vitamin deficiency.

B1- Rats deficient in this vitamin had lower physical activity than the control group, they also stopped growing within 2 weeks of becoming deficient as well as losing much of their fur.

B5- Rats who were deficient in vitamin b5 gave the animals premature graying fur and they had an ill look to them but no other conditions were uncovered.

B6- The rats that were deprived of b6 only grew half as much as the control group. These animals also had painful inflammations on the tail, nose, ears and feet.

B9, B12 and Choline- Some of the rats that were deprived of these vitamins developed precancerous lesions in the liver.
