"We are working hard with our manufacturing and logistics team to try to ensure that we do not run out of stock", Nolan says. "We are planning on having another shipment arrive at the Amazon warehouse within 4 weeks. There may be some issues related to the fact that we are heading into retail's busiest time of the year, but we are hoping to avoid any delays."
The Auphonix pop filter was recently rebranded to make it more recognizable on Amazon. It is now clearly labeled with the product name, to distinguish it from all the other generic pop filters available in the marketplace. The company realized that it was important for customers to be able to choose a brand of filter that they could trust. The rapid increase in sales coincides directly with the introduction of the rebranded filter into the Amazon stores, proving that the company's research was accurate.
The company is now putting in place a larger manufacturing capacity in order to cope with the increased demand, and will be working to reduce the lead time for restocking the warehouse.
What is a Pop Filter?
A pop filter is a simple device which is placed between a microphone and a singer or speaker. Most people will have seen images of a pop filter being used in a recording studio or a radio station. The filter reduces the impact of "plosives", which are the sounds that cause a burst of air. Sounds such as the letters "p" and "b".
