During the second half of 1996 a company called "The Deluxe Faces Group" were formed by four young entrepreneurs. The company goal was to enter the Personal Health Care industry, by buying out the majority share in African manufacturers of Personal Health Care lines like beauty products, hair care products etc. In the next 15 years they successfully launched and marketed a wide variety of brands throughout Africa and Asia.
Early 2012 the company decided to launch their own brand. They also wanted to explore new markets within their knowledge base. That was the birth of the "Rainbow Deluxe Face Paint" brand. A decision was made that this product was meant for the international market. The Deluxe Faces Group decided to take their Rainbow Deluxe Face Paint online. A joint venture was formed between themselves and a marketing company Perfect Life Global. All online and international marketing would be handled by Perfect Life Global.
