Customers seem to be very satisfied with these picks, saying they have a good grip and good tone. Customers like the nice variety of picks gauge and bright colors, and many of them have remarked about the fact that each color corresponds to a different gauge size. They say it helps them choose the right gauge quickly and remember which gauge they have used for each song.
People love the case in which these picks are contained. It is a thin, light box, with seven compartments picks can be separated according to size, material etc. The box can be easily carried with when going to performances, music lessons etc., and also comfortable to keep the picks organized at home. The case closes well, so it doesn't open accidentally when taken in a backpack or the guitar cases' pocket, but is not difficult to open.
One complaint some of the buyers had is that the lack of thinner picks in this picks pack. The picks in this package are all of medium and heavy gauge: the thinnest picks are of 0.73mm, and the others are of 0.88mm, 1 mm and 1.14 mm. Although most people prefer not to use extra-thin picks, as they tear quickly, others do like the flexibility the thin gauges give to the strumming.

"In the near future we will give the option to add to the existing assortment also small packs of light picks, and probably also of extra-heavy gauge picks, to cover the entire relevant spectrum."
