They doubted their consistency and their ability to play winning ball again. These mental blocks were as contagious as the flu, which was spread to the rest of the team.
Secret 2: The players on this team have to turn around this proverb and make the team feared. They must stop the negative thinking and redesign a team that can play together starting by rewiring each player's mental game to play bigger and better and adding it to the other 10 players on the field. Create a "computer like" focus on hitting hard, being accurate and having fun as a winning unit.
