(Entertainment-NewsWire.com, October 27, 2015 ) Clearwater, Florida -- Black Helm Entertainment, an entertainment company currently focused on the publishing of the five-book Star Angel pentalogy, has announced a new blog for the author, David G McDaniel. This blog comes in conjunction with the unveiling of an updated site for the series, Team Star Angel. The blog will feature comments and insight from the author, including feedback on reader comments and questions. The initial blog entries explain the evolution of the Star Angel series, as well as thoughts on the new releases, and writing in general.
"A blog is an excellent way for readers and fans to connect," says CEO and spokesman for Black Helm, Philip Jepsen, "to get some insight into who the author is and their thought process. For Star Angel, David has been eager to set this up and make himself available. He wants readers to have that insight, and access to him. In addition the Star Angel site will feature an ongoing interview, kind of a long tail, added to as questions come in, and links there will connect directly to the Blog, which is open for comments."
Star Angel is a five book series, called a pentalogy, set in the sci-fi and action genre, targeted for a young adult audience. The story follows Jessica Paquin, a teenage girl from Earth, who finds herself transferred to another world with a boy who has amnesia and strength beyond that of a normal human. According to Mr. Jepsen the new blog will feature regular posts from author David G McDaniel, in particular at the time of and following each new release. Mr. McDaniel will also respond to reader comments.
"We're building a community," says Mr. Jepsen. "And this blog will be a big part of that. We're just getting started on the release of this series, with the first book out and the second only just released this week. There are three more to go, coming out through next Spring, and by then we'd like to have a thriving connection going between David and his readers. This is only just getting started."
The new author blog is up and is part of the overall Team Star Angel web presence. It is connected to the other components of the Team Star Angel network.
