(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 11, 2011 ) Los Angeles, CA - Although the fight became official for Lee Honish and Aaron Tru Friday February 11, 2011 at around 9 pm when chaos erupted inside the cage at the last TuffNuff event, it has been a back and forth battle ever since. Each side has got personal, each side has tried tactics they are not proud of, and each side has trained to the best of their abilities to prepare for this fight.
So now TuffNuff has set the stage for these two MMA voices to lay it all out in the cage. Neither man entering the Co-main event headline has professional experience, and this was ever so apparent in the rash of videos they self-promoted. However, no one can challenge the courage that either one of them have for entering a full arena of fans familiar with the sport of Mixed Martial Arts, and laying it all on the line.
It is not possible for either party to go home a loser, as proceeds from this event will go to various charities, however one party will have bragging rights. Lee Honish, the radio shock Jock, and Aaron Tru, a man who has built his reputation getting beat up by woman and kids in the MMA world, will finally have a legit chance to hold a belt worthy of the TuffNuff brand and something they can honestly be proud of.
Lee Honish has promised that anyone watching this Saturday night either live or on PPV will witness something, as he states, “special!” he went on to say “The promoters will get a ‘car crash’ spectacle, I am driving my H1 Hummer into Aaron Tru's Smart car, I'm going to give everyone what they want.”
Lee Honish went on Cage Radio Thursday (3/10/2011) and seemed all laughs and giggles as he praised his trainers, TuffNuff, team Sheen, and many others in the sport. For a guy claiming to be in so much pain for losing so much weight and training so hard he looked as chipper as child on Christmas Eve.
