The series is based on a short story “Fire in the Hole” by legendary crime novelist Elmore Leonard. So far after two seasons, it has earned four Emmy nominations resulting in one win.
In Justified season two, Bo Crowder is dead and his criminal reach within Harlan County is broken. As new crime organizations move in to fill the void, Deputy U.S. Marshall Raylan Givens must face off against Boyd Crowder and Mags Bennett. This action packed season is made up of thirteen complete episodes, starring Timothy Olyphant, Nick Searcy and Walton Goggins.
The Justified Season 2 DVD set includes two featurettes “On the Set of Justified” and “Clans, Feuds & Apple Pie” as well as deleted scenes and outtakes. The blu-ray version comes with an additional roundtable discussion featurette. The official Justified Season 2 release date for both DVD and Blu-ray is set for January 3, 2012.
