Beatlemania Lives on at the QPAC

(EMAILWIRE.COM, December 21, 2011 ) Bayside, New York -- Yesterday -The Beatles Tribute, a Las Vegas –based show band, will perform their signature Beatles production at the Queensborough Performing Arts Center (QPAC) in Bayside New York on January 28, 2012. The band will showcase Beatles music from their 1964 arrival on American soil through the height of '70s Beatlemania and forward to the band’s breakup.

Yesterday -The Beatles Tribute show band stages numbers from original Beatles music, decked in identical Beatles era performance garb including drainpipe trousers and Cuban heeled boots. The band performs with authentic Beatles instruments and delivers the songs in the same key as England’s original Fab Four from Liverpool. The Beatles were enormously popular worldwide starting in the ‘60s and broke up in 1970 but, their songs continue to influence rock and roll music, even today.

Performing their critically acclaimed production, ‘The British Are Coming!’ nightly for three years to standing room only audiences at The Tropicana Hotel and Casino’s “Liverpool Club” in Atlantic City, ‘The British Are Coming!’ became the longest running show in Atlantic City history.

Over the last four years Yesterday Show Bands have had long term productions in Lake Tahoe, Reno and numerous venues nationwide.
