(Entertainment-NewsWire.com, September 06, 2012 ) Chicago, IL -- Celebrated comedian and American ventriloquist Jeff Dunham’s schedule is fully booked until April 2013, and the comedy star has released his full schedule for the benefit of all his fans.
For September, Dunham will be in York, Tucson, Puyallup, Bloomsburg, West Springfield, and West Point. He will then take a break for October and will be back on the road by November to visit Lethbridge, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Sault Ste Marie, Mount Pleasant and several other locations in Canada.
The Canada-based shows will conclude by the first week of December, after which Dunham will head back to the United States for another series of shows in Texas, Illinois, Ohio, and several other locations.

Jeff, one of the most well-known comedians that grace American TV and the international stage, is all set for his non-stop shows. As always, he will be accompanied by his cast of mad, bad, and eccentric puppets. His puppets are named Walter, Bubba J, and Peanut.
His most famous puppet, however, is called Achmed, who is supposed to be a dead terrorist. The puppet was made to look like a skeleton with bulging eyes and a wild set of eyebrows. Dunham racked audiences with his terrorism satires, which he gets away with thanks to Achmed, who has become known for his favourite saying “Silence! I kill you!”
Earlier this year, in an interview, Dunham explained: “If you listen to the whole act you realize he’s not making fun of Muslims. He’s not making fun of anybody. He’s making fun of terrorists, because this guy’s an idiot.”
“The way I imagined him was, of all these (terrorists) who are doing these things, there has got to be one or two of them who are saying, ‘Should we really be doing this? I like cooking. I’d rather be a cook.’ That’s where Achmed came from.”
Jeff has guested on Star Search, Late Show with David Letterman, Comedy Central Presents in 2003, and The Tonight Show. He has come a long way from his debut in 1990, when he was invited to sit down on Johnny Carson’s couch. Jeff has also won various awards in comedy including the Top Comic in Comedy Central’s ‘Stand Up Showdown’, which he bagged in 2008. The Texas native also won second place in the same award the following year.
