(Entertainment-NewsWire.com, September 21, 2012 ) New York, NY – Jerry Seinfeld is coming to New York’s Beacon Theatre next month. He is scheduled for an October 4 stand-up routine, which is expected to sell out audiences. His New York show is part of his nationwide tour.
The comedian will take to the stage at 8:00 PM on the 4th of October to give the New York audience a taste of his highly acclaimed comic routines.
After his stint at the Beacon Theatre in New York, Jerry will continue with his tour, which will bring him to Duluth MN, Detroit MI, the Bronx, Kansas City MO, Milwaukee MI, Flushing NY, Atlantic City, and Anchorage and Fairbanks AK this October.
On November, he will be back in Staten Island before heading to Gainsville and Fort Myers in Florida. He is scheduled to return to New York on the 8th for a Brooklyn show but will soon move on with his tour, which will bring him to Hershey PA and Boston. He will take a short break from the stage before returning on December 1, when he will have two shows in Montreal.
He is also scheduled to be at Caesars Palace Colosseum in Las Vegas toward the end of December.
Jerry has become one of the best known comedians in the industry and was even ranked #12 in Comedy Central’s list of 100 greatest standups of all time.
In 1998, Seinfeld, who has won a Golden Globe for his work as a comedian, actor, and writer, went on tour and recorded a special comedy offer entitled ‘I’m Telling You for the Last Time’. This propelled him to further stardom. But his best-known work yet is the long-running sitcom Seinfeld, which he stars in as a fictional version of himself.
Jerry has been in standup comedy since 1976, when he tried out during an open mic night at New York’s Catch A Rising Star. Then fresh out of college, Jerry soon found himself thrust into the world of professional comedy.
Jerry has appeared in various TV shows for his comic knick-knacks; his TV guesting stints include a Rodney Dangerfield HBO special and The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.
